Who we are
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By placing an order you accept them.
Where we sell
Fivany sells and delivers within Bangladesh only. All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you confirm your order.
Payment
Cash on delivery is the only payment method we accept. Payment is collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery. We do not accept advance payment and we will never ask you to send money before your parcel arrives.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only once we have confirmed it — normally by phone on the number you gave at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or where we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.
Prices and product information
We work to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, but errors happen. Where an item’s price was published incorrectly we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel at no cost. Colours can differ slightly between screens.
Your account
An account is created for you when you place an order so that you can track it. You are responsible for keeping your login details to yourself, and for the accuracy of the delivery address and mobile number you give us — a wrong number is the single most common reason a parcel fails to arrive.
Exchanges and refunds
Set out in full in our exchange policy and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

Handled as described in our privacy policy.
Content on this site
The Fivany name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without our permission.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the goods you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction.
