How Fivany collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website or place an order.
What we collect
- To deliver your order: your name, mobile number, district, thana or upazila, and full address.
- If you create an account: your login details and your order history. Your password is stored only in encrypted form and cannot be read by us.
- Automatically: basic technical information such as your device type and the pages you viewed, used to keep the site working and to fix faults.
We do not collect card or mobile-banking details, because we are cash on delivery only and there is no online payment to process.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
- To call you about that order, including confirming it before dispatch.
- To handle exchanges, refunds and any complaint.
- To keep the records we are required to keep.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the courier delivering your parcel, who receives your name, address and mobile number for that delivery alone, and our hosting provider, who stores the site’s data on our behalf. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart and your login working across pages. Blocking them in your browser will stop the cart from working correctly.

Keeping it safe
Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order. Remember that we will never phone or message you asking for a password, a PIN or an OTP — if someone does, it is not us.
